Architectural design of new industrial plant composed by technical buildings for organic waste treatment with the connected bureau building, in Collegno (Torino)
The house is inserted in the region of Sabina, in the northern country of Rome, a ground famous for its beautiful hills and the precious cultivation of olive three.
This three buildings, each for a couple of families, are inserted in a larger urban residential plan. The structures of the buildings, because of the ground shape, are composed by two levels on the north side, and three levels on the south side.
The urbanistic plan provides for the settling down of 350 inhabitants, in a site situated at few km to the middle age historical centre of the town of Marsciano, in the central region of Umbria.
The urbanistic plan provides the demolition of the 30000 mc of industrial buildings out of use close to the centre of the town, and their substitution with three residential buildings for 12900mc of volume.
